We don’t have any homes for sale right now, but we anticipate a few coming up later in 2024 or early 2025: 

• 1104 Mound Street Unit AB. This is a large, second-story unit with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a loft. Estimated 1700 sq ft.
• 1112 Mound Street Unit A. This first-floor unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Estimated 900 sq ft.

We don’t yet have photos, prices, or exact availability dates to share. But if you think you might be interested in one of these units and haven’t yet completed the membership process, now is a great time to work on those steps! Folks who have gone through the membership process and been confirmed by VCC have a chance to make an offer on a unit before the general public.
